Castings made of precious metal are often used in areas where storage is not economically viable. At the same time, the pace of stationary and online trade is constantly increasing. Delivery dates in the solitaire ring sector are often less than 48 hours for the finished ring, which means that the corresponding castings must be produced in less than 24 hours. The number of short-notice deadlines has grown exponentially in recent years. Meeting the required deadlines demands the highest level of commitment from all members of the team. We have to take on this challenge every single day.

The course is usually set for a good product during the development phase. However, it is just as important that the next steps are well coordinated. For example, a good casting result also calls for maximum precision in the preceding mould construction. The casting cannot turn out perfect without immaculate quality wax plotting. Our closely interlinked production departments try to achieve the ideal result here by consulting with each other and with you.
