Maximum flexibility in mould making

Over ninety percent of all moulds are created within 24 hours of the model arriving. This pace also has to be maintained even if there is a high volume before trade fairs or during the run-up to Christmas. New developments at customer’s businesses are often associated with presentations or photo shoots at short notice. Which is why our mould making department always requires total commitment.

The actual working process also begins with evaluating the model. We try to identify any potential problems as early as possible and find solutions together with the customer in good time. When creating the mould, the casting result is not only influenced by the seam, but the choice of sprue position and channel dimension also determine the later result. Working together with the quality control department and communicating with the other upstream departments are factors that are at least as important as the perfect cutting of a mould.
